**Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver aptitude training programs to enhance problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Design and implement comprehensive training modules, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments, tailored to different skill levels and learning styles.

Conduct aptitude training sessions for individuals or groups, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing their specific needs and challenges to help them improve their aptitude skills.

Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations, and progress reports, and provide periodic reports to management.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer or in a similar role, conducting aptitude training programs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
