**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Attendance Management: Attendance compilation & processing
- Payroll Processing: End to End responsibility on Payroll Processing
- Salary Input Compilation & on-time and right-payment to all employees
- Assist with administering payrolls (month end consolidation and processing support as required).
- Checking and auditing of all payrolls, ensuring legislative & award compliance (tax compliance, superannuation etc).
- Statutory Compliances: Responsible for statutory compliances (TDS, Gratuity, ESIC, PT, PF, etc).
- Contractual Employee Management: Attendance & Salary processing for Contractual & third Party employees.
- Leave Management: Managing Annual Leave calendar, upload & updating on regular basis.
- MIS & Reports: Monthly, quarterly & annual or regular basis

Experience-Min 3 Years Education
