Bpo Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BPO Trainer to join our team. As a BPO Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs for our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of our BPO employees, covering topics such as customer service skills, communication skills, product knowledge, and process training.
- Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, activities, and assessments.
- Deliver training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings, ensuring that all participants are actively engaged and learning effectively.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and development within the BPO team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other relevant measures.
- Provide coaching and support to BPO employees to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to BPO training, and incorporate relevant insights into training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and training materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Education, or a related field, B.E. B.tech, Mechanical Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a BPO Trainer or similar role in the BPO industry.
- In-depth knowledge of BPO processes, customer service principles, and best practices.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
