Freedom Foundation is a Nasha Mukti Kendra located in Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh providing short-term and long-term approaches towards addiction treatment. Our focus is on 100% patient and family satisfaction and we provide a facility for patients to be picked up from home.

**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalka for a GNM Nurse. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients and providing immediate medical attention in case of emergencies. GNM Nurses will also perform routine check-ups and administer medication as prescribed. This role requires excellent critical thinking and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

**Qualifications**
- GNM Nursing Degree or equivalent
- (10+2)
- B.ScNursing
- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM)
- Valid State Nursing License
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience preferably in addiction treatment

Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient with medical equipment and patient monitoring devices.
- Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment

**Nursing responsibilities**

- Maintaining care for all patients during their shift.
- Recognizing the change in a patient's health conditions and responding appropriately.
- Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
- Promoting well-being by educating patients on self-care techniques.
- Consulting with doctors and other medical staff to determine the optimal treatment plan.
- Administering over-the-counter and non-intravenous medications.
- Changing dressings of the wounds.
- Nurturing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological.
- Operating medical equipment with accuracy.
- support to the patient and their family members.

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹46,751.65 per month
