Triage Counselor

The Employee will provide the following services but not limited to:

- Operate the EAP-India emergency number.
- Provide immediate counselling support when required
- Keep a thorough record of all interactions with clients.
- Communicate with the clients about the services provided by EAP-India.
- Determine level of urgency for each client and book an appointment accordingly
- Guide the clients in making an appointment with a Counsellor most suited for their needs.
- Guide the clients towards external resources and professionals.
- Follow up with clients: in cases of emergency (suicide risk, self-harm risk, harming others risk); to check progress and needs of the client; to schedule appointments.
- Assist in conducting and creating content for workshops.
- Assist in creating content for social media posts & eflyers
- The Triage Specialist shall take directions and report to the Team coordinator & Clinical Supervisor

**Qualifications**
- Masters in Psychology (M.A.; MSc.)
- Good communication skills

**Compensation and Hours of work**

Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8 am to 3 pm
