here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a visual designer.

**what will you do?**:

- establish, evolve and translate the visual language for the team
- develop original creative that is informed by strategy, research, and integrated between touch points and product experiences
- contribute to the visual design creation of easy to use, high craft components for our design system
- to do quality check to ensure designs and creative assets are polished and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery
- be a bar raiser always for the design and quality of the visual design team by bringing inspired ideas to the table and guiding those ideas through to fruition with attention to detail
- research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design
- expert knowledge of visual design, typography and color theory
- proven organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- hands on experience in all phases of design process from project initiation through final delivery
- ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques
- a wonderful portfolio that you’re happy to present
