POSH compliance

As a POSH Advisor & External Member, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act of 2013. Your role will mainly involve advising on POSH Compliance and assisting in investigation of POSH cases, wherever there is a case registered. You shall also assist in reviewing POSH policies yearly, implementation of protocols, training the team once every year, and documentation of cases if there is a case registered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Yearly review of POSH policy in alignment with the 2013 Act.
- Assist organization in implementing POSH protocols and offer solutions to HR and other stakeholders.
- Support the internal committee by providing knowledge, guidance, and assistance in managing sensitive employee situations related to sexual misconduct.
- Conduct capacity building and sensitization training, and assist organization in building procedural frameworks.
- Conduct inquiries on complaints received, address them with effective solutions, and recommend disciplinary actions.
- Assess policy issues regarding legal risk and ensure compliance with legislation by working with legal advisors.
- Help the internal committee in making reports and conduct annual internal POSH audits to ensure a robust operational framework.
- Curate content to create awareness on POSH, specifically tailored for managers and team leaders.
- Provide advice and support to the leadership teams of organizations to facilitate the internal committee proceedings.
- Assist the organization in conducting investigation in the capacity of External Member.
- Assist the organization in creating all records/documents of any case handled as an external member.
- Assist the organization in filing annual reports at the district office.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation degree in LLB.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation or PoSH-related matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
