**Job Title: Media Planner**

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Media Planning:*
- Collaborate with clients and account teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Develop media plans that recommend the optimal mix of media channels, including digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.

2. *Research and Analysis:*
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform media strategies.
- Stay updated on media trends, technologies, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.

3. *Budget Management:*
- Create and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across various channels.
- Monitor spending and make adjustments to stay within budget constraints.

4. *Media Buying:*
- Negotiate and purchase media placements, securing the best possible rates and placements.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and partners.

5. *Campaign Execution:*
- Oversee the implementation of media plans, working closely with creative and account teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations as needed.

6. *Reporting and Analysis:*
- Provide regular reports on media performance, including key metrics, audience reach, and ROI.
- Analyze data to draw insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

7. *Client Communication:*
- Communicate media plans, strategies, and campaign progress to clients effectively.
- Address client inquiries and provide recommendations for improvements.

8. *Quality Assurance:*
- Ensure media placements meet quality standards and adhere to client expectations.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate outcomes and learn from the results.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- [X] years of experience in media planning, preferably in a marketing or communication agency.
- Strong knowledge of media channels, trends, and buying processes.
- Proficiency with media planning and analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
