This position is responsible for managing a company's important clients / accounts. The primary objective is to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with these key accounts in order to maximize the company’s profitability and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:
- **
1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This involves interfacing with client and servicing the client on all process related issues and regularly engaging with them to ensure their satisfaction with the company's services.
2. Leading a team of young skilled and semi-skilled individuals for delivering the process and ensuring process is delivered by optimum number of resources; so he/ she has to drive the productivity of the team.
3. Should have experience of creating processrelated documents, including preparation of SOPs and creating training material for briefing field team members
4. Create reports, process documents needed internally or by the client for monitoring the process/track results of the process
5. Working closely with various internal teams, such as finance, operations etc. to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to key accounts.
6. Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and addressing their inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.
7. Upselling or cross-selling opportunities within key accounts to increase revenue.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience
2. Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. He / She should have good leadership and interpersonal skills; should have handled team of 8 to 10 people
