- **Schedule**:_ _Monday to Saturday, 9:45 AM - 6 PM (with occasional rotational shifts as needed)_

- Dollons Food Products, renowned for its 19-year legacy in dairy, is now branching into artisanal baking with a focus on innovative cookie production influenced by Japanese bakery traditions. We seek a skilled Baking Supervisor with 3-6 years of experience in cookie production to lead our new bakery plant in Hooghly, West Bengal._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _**Production Oversight**:_ _Supervise bakers in cookie production, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality, and production standards._
- _**Quality Control**:_ _Perform routine checks on dough consistency and final products to ensure uniformity. Monitor metrics like moisture content and bake time for quality consistency._
- _**Equipment Management**:_ _Operate, maintain, and adjust baking equipment, including ovens and mixers, to ensure optimal production efficiency._
- _**Staff Training**:_ _Guide and train new team members on cookie preparation, including cutting, rolling, and decorative icing techniques._
- _**Health and Safety Compliance**:_ _Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the baking environment to meet food safety protocols._
- _**Inventory Management**:_ _Monitor and manage ingredient and supply inventory to avoid production delays._
- _**Process Improvement**:_ _Collaborate with the production team to refine recipes and streamline baking processes for innovation and efficiency._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _3-6 years of supervisory experience in baking, specifically in cookie production._
- _Solid understanding of baking techniques and quality control practices._
- _Familiarity with operational equipment, including ovens, mixers, and cooling systems._
- _Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills._
- _Ability to maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment._
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- _Experience with automated baking systems and production scheduling._
- _Knowledge of ingredient functionality, especially for optimizing cookie texture and flavor._

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
