**Your Role**:
As an Apprentice - Data Exchange and Interoperability, you will play a crucial role in working with some of the largest healthcare organizations and IT vendors. Engaging with top-level management across the US healthcare landscape, you will explore and facilitate data interoperability with various systems. Your role will also involve deploying solutions on practice systems and testing various data input connections.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with US healthcare provider organizations and IT vendors.
- Strategically acquire data for our top customers.
- Deploy Innovaccer solutions on host systems.
- Test the connectivity and functionality of deployed solutions.
- Track and maintain the progress of ongoing developments.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to set up business and technical meetings.
- Conduct secondary research and document relevant information.
- Facilitate customer meetings and presentations.
- Engage in dialogue to understand customer requirements and expectations.
- Manage internal and external sign-offs.
- Meet reasonable internal and external turnaround times.

**What You Need**:

- Bachelor's degree of batch 2019,2020,2021,2022 and 2023 only
- Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of a minimum of 1 year
- Must be comfortable with the shift trimmings from 5 PM to 2 AM
- Good understanding of healthcare business, patient workflows, and healthcare organizational models (ACOs, CINs, HMOs, Payers, HIEs, MSOs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with US healthcare data systems (EMRs, PM Systems, Lab systems, PBMs, etc.).
- Familiarity with US healthcare data formats (CCDA, X12, HL7, FHIR, etc.) and data exchange methodologies (SFTP, APIs, TCP, Snowflake, IHE, etc.).
- Experience with tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of handling multiple accounts and time-bound task execution.
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Linux operating systems.
- Persistence and diligence in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical know-how of IT systems, databases, and file formats.
- Ability to build credibility with the audience.
- Natural business acumen to meet customer goals.
- Self-starter capable of thriving in unstructured situations.
- Organized and meticulous in maintaining progress reports and sign-offs.
