**Job Designation**: Project Liaison Officer

**Job Summary**:
**The Project Liaison Officer for Government Modular Furniture Turnkey Projects will be the primary point of contact between the company and government clients, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale modular furniture projects.** This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards.
- **Government Client Interface**: Act as the main contact for government clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and specifications.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to manage all aspects of turnkey modular furniture projects.
- **Contract Management**: Oversee government contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and that the project adheres to regulatory requirements.
- **Timeline Management**: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time.
- **Budget Oversight**: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to senior management and government stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all modular furniture components meet specified quality standards and government regulations before delivery and installation.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify potential risks or issues in the project and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all project activities comply with government standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- **Stakeholder Reporting**: Provide regular progress reports to government clients and senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
- **Post-Project Evaluation**: Gather feedback from government clients and internal teams to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.

**Job Specification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Min 5+ years of experience working on government contracts, particularly in the furniture or interior design industries, is required.**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of **turnkey project management and government procurement processes.**:

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and financial management tools highly preferred
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale government projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with government clients and regulatory bodies.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to managing project risks.
- Knowledge of government regulations and standards relevant to modular furniture and construction.

**Working Conditions**:

- Frequent visits to government client sites and facilities.
- Travel may be required to meet with clients, attend site inspections, and oversee installation processes.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadline
