**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, offering our services/products, and handling customer queries. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our services/products.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Follow-up with leads and prospects and nurture relationships to increase sales.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on calls made, conversions, and feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Customer Service are a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹8,591.77 - ₹42,181.73 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
