- DevSecOps strategy and code quality
- Follow DevOps process for end to end solution development.
- Provide Technology leadership to the team around architecture and implementation
- Maintain code integrity and organization.
- Develop reusable assets/artifacts.
- Industry best practices
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in web development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, assisting in complex problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements, ensuring the feasibility and viability of proposed solutions.
- Lead and guide development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, providing technical expertise and direction.
- Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Stake holder management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.

- Programming language - Core Java, Advance Java, Python, Node.js
- Experience in development of micro services.
- OAuth security implementation.
- Continues integration & Delivery: Bamboo, Jenkins
- Application Packaging: Container framework/Docker

**Qualifikationen**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology or Engineering
