Here is a general job description for a Tandoor Cook: Job Title: Tandoor Cook Job Overview: A Tandoor Cook is responsible for operating and managing the tandoor, preparing and cooking various tandoori dishes, and ensuring that the quality and presentation of the food meet the established standards. Key Responsibilities:
**Tandoor Operation**: Operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring it is properly heated and ready for use. Monitor and control the temperature of the tandoor to ensure consistent cooking.

**Food Preparation**: Prepare and marinate meats, vegetables, and other ingredients for tandoori dishes. Skewer and arrange marinated items on skewers or in tandoor-friendly containers.

**Cooking**: Cook a variety of tandoori dishes, such as naan bread, kebabs, and tandoori chicken, in accordance with established recipes and cooking techniques. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.

**Quality Control**: Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and portion size. Inspect and select the best quality ingredients for tandoori dishes.
