Junior Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair and maintain medical equipment as and when required.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment check-ups.
- Document and update equipment information in departmental office records.
- After each service call complete the Service Report in all aspects and update to the Central Office Admin.
- Collaborate with senior technicians, service teams and other sales personnel.
- Raise red flag on any machinery problem found in client location or in office.
- Contribute to team with ideas on improvement of the service area.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in electronics and/or instrumentation or related field.
- 1-2 years minimum experience in service and repair of medical/similar equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communications and inter-personal skills.
- Physically fit to handle heavy equipment, as necessary.
- Willingness to travel and to get relocated within North East India.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
