Position**:Female Companion & Caregiver for Old Lady**

Type**:Full-Time** (Require to Stay at our Home only**)**

Location**:Race Course, Dehra Dun 248001 Uttarakhand**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Companionship**: Provide consistent, caring companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
- **Mental Stimulation**: Organize and participate in activities that stimulate cognitive functions, such as puzzles, reading, and memory games.
- **Physical Activities**: Encourage and assist with light exercises, yoga, pranayama, and mobility activities suitable for the senior’s health and abilities.
- **Emotional Support**: Offer emotional support, creating a warm and positive environment to ensure the senior feels valued and cared for.
- **Spiritual Activities**: Facilitate and participate in spiritual practices and activities that are meaningful to the senior, such as meditation, prayer, religious services.
- **Daily Assistance**: Assist with daily routines, such as meals, medication, bathing, dressing, personal chores, etc. and managing her belongings, clothes, etc..

**Qualifications**:

- Educated, with a strong understanding of elderly care principles.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Healthy, hygienic & positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage in and organize a variety of activities that cater to mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
