**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

2. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing quality initiatives.

3. Team Supervision: Managing and supervising a team of quality control and assurance personnel.

4. Data Analysis: Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify quality issues and trends.

5. Audits and Inspections: Conducting internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards.

6. Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for the quality team to enhance their skills.

7. Problem Resolution: Addressing quality-related issues and working to find solutions to prevent recurrence.

8. Documentation: Maintaining quality documentation, records, and reports.

9. Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization.

10. Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

11. Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on quality performance to higher management.

12. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.

13. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating quality-related risks.

14. Quality Control: Implementing quality control processes and procedures.

15. Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in quality practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
