**Job Title**: Footwear Showroom Sales Associate

The Footwear Showroom Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the footwear showroom. Their primary duties include opening and closing the store, handling incoming and outgoing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing footwear products.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Store Opening and Closing**: Open and close the footwear showroom according to the established schedule, ensuring all security measures are in place.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in receiving and unloading new footwear shipments, organize and maintain inventory stock, and perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate product availability.
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and engage with customers, understand their footwear needs, and provide product recommendations and assistance in selecting the right shoes.
- **Sales**: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Close sales and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Maintain a clean and visually appealing showroom by arranging and displaying products attractively.
- **Knowledge of Products**: Stay informed about the latest footwear trends, brands, and product specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and in a timely manner.
- **Cash Handling**: Handle cash and card transactions, maintain cash registers, and ensure financial accuracy during transactions.
- **Loss Prevention**: Monitor showroom for any suspicious activities or potential theft and follow established security procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- **Opening/Closing Duties**: Perform opening and closing tasks, such as cash register reconciliation, securing the premises, and preparing daily sales reports.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bargarh, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
