**Educational Qualification**:Full time any Graduate / Any Postgraduate preferably MBA having at least 0-2 Years of experience in marketing, Preferred from Telecom sector/Fresher’s can also apply.

**Age**: 23-30 Years

**Salary**: Good Hike on Existing Package +Variables (KPI)+ Medical Facility

**Location** :Any where in Marathwada/ Any where in Vidharbha Region

**Job Responsibility**:

- Understand market demographics and drive sales strategy according to customer segment.
- Develop timely market intelligence reports, detailing the changing customer trends and competitors’ performance.
- Work closely with sales team to understand and improve sales in the market.
- Increase value for partners i.e. Retailers and Field Sales Executives through systematic marketing and merchandising activities.
- Manage Secondary sales channel distribution.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstration.
- Set up a meeting with potential client & establish a new business.
- Maintaining accurate sales record.
- Organizing sales visit to the market to achieve monthly sales target.
- Indulge with weekly review meeting with Subordinates.
- Building healthy relationship with Trade partners across all channels.

**Job Skills Required**:

- Ability to work productively with mínimal supervision.
- Effective communication& negotiation skills.
- Strong organization and Leadership Skill.
- Good Computer Knowledge.
- Able to understand English, Hindi, Marathi (R/W/S).
- Team management.
- Ability to work in high intensity fast paced environment.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
