**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about cruise offerings, destinations, and promotions.

**Sales and Booking**: Actively promote and sell cruise packages, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.

**Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships, addressing inquiries and providing support.

**Upselling and Marketing**: Identify upselling opportunities and participate in marketing initiatives.

**Documentation and Compliance**:Ensure accurate booking documentation and stay informed about travel regulations.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to team knowledge.

**Target Achievement**:Work towards and exceed sales targets.

**Feedback and Improvement**:Gather customer feedback for process improvements.

**Technology Utilization**:Efficiently use booking systems and CRM tools.

**Work Experience required**

**Educational Qualification**: Graduation

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
