**Title : Inside Sales Executive (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY)**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Salary : 30% TO 40% Hike on current CTC**

**Qualification**
- Any graduate
- Good communication skill
- English is must
- Good convincing skills
- 2+ yr experience in sales.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Client Engagement and Consultation**:

- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Providing information about features, terms, and conditions of sale.

**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Conducting virtual presentations or demonstrations to showcase products/services.
- Addressing client questions and objections effectively.

**Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiating terms of sales agreements and contracts.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

**Collaboration**:

- Working closely with the marketing team to generate new leads and support campaigns.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to address client concerns or issues.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products/services.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques.

**Metrics and Reporting**:

- Tracking sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales pipeline) and reporting them to management.
- Analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies.

**No lead generation**

**No cold calling.**
