Restaurant Trainer

**Job Summary**

We are a leading branded restaurant in Delhi NCR, Agra and looking for multiple positions in our team. We are looking to add Restaurant Trainer across the chain. We are in significant growth mode and are hiring talent to our management team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

As a Restaurant Trainer at Dasaprakash Restaurants, your responsibilities and duties are pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service and upholding the brand's standards of excellence. You will play a vital role in training and developing the restaurant staff to deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest. Your tasks include:

- Conducting comprehensive training programs: Design and implement training sessions covering various aspects such as customer service, menu knowledge, hygiene standards, and operational procedures. Ensure that all staff members, including servers, chefs, and support staff, are well-versed in their roles and responsibilities.
- Demonstrating best practices: Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary customer service, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Showcasing the highest standards of service excellence inspires and motivates the team to follow suit.
- Providing ongoing support and feedback: Offer continuous guidance and constructive feedback to the restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance. Address any areas for improvement promptly and offer support and resources as needed to help them succeed.
- Monitoring performance and compliance: Regularly assess the performance of restaurant staff during service hours and provide feedback accordingly. Ensure that all employees adhere to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary dining environment.
- Facilitating teamwork and communication: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among staff members. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Upholding brand standards: Ensure that all restaurant operations align with Dasaprakash Restaurants' brand values, image, and quality standards. Uphold the brand's reputation for excellence in service, food quality, and overall guest experience at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
