**Job Details**

**Responsibilities**:Session Facilitation**:

- To implement the program, based on curriculum and in line with PIP. To weekly plan and conduct programs / sessions on the field.
- To ensure implementation of safety norms and other rules & regulation in all programs / sessions

**Documentation**:

- To complete all documentation (including those on online platforms) related to Program planning and implementation. Ensuring these are submitted on time and are readily accessible.
- To maintain the attendance records of the children on a monthly basis.
- Mentors would submit the weekly/monthly report to Monitoring Officer/Program Manager and provide necessary monitoring data to the monitoring officer.
- To complete the mandatory online courses on MB Academy.
- To be aligned and updated with the existing online processes of the organization and provide feedback as necessary to further refine these.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- To build rapport on the field and coordinate with the Community Coordinators / NGOs & Institution staff.
- Youth Mentor along with CYL to support Senior YMs/TMOs in conducting and organizing parents meeting, tournaments, events and regular reinforcement training for CYLs/CCs.
- Mentors to conduct advocacy on development issues in community to involve kids and their families in the process.

**Mentoring**:

- To mentor children and encourage positive behavioural changes through a structured session delivery.
- To ensure effective management of volunteers/CYLs on the field in consultation with the monitoring officers and communication of emerging issues with the monitoring officers.
- To ensure that the I CYLs are motivated and play an active role in facilitating an environment in the organization that is conducive to development, performance and fun.
- To encourage CYL’s/CCs development with respect to knowledge, skills and behavior, in order to enrich and enhance both person and organization.

**Desired Competencies**:

- Ability to create a learning environment that is motivating and conducive to learning.
- Being able to multi-task and deliver on expectations even during challenging circumstances.
- Willing to travel extensively and work in remote locations.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum educational requirement: Must have passed Higher Secondary School with min 50% marks
