**ERP Coordinator Job Role and Responsibilities**

**Job Role**:
The ERP Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless operations, and providing support to different departments within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Verification**:

- Verify all Marketplace orders to ensure Sales Orders (SO) are accurately created.
- **Order Management**:

- Import Amazon orders into Odoo and facilitate their transfer to QST7.
- Update Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipment details in Odoo.
- Close offline orders' Manufacturing Orders (MO) in Odoo.
- **Training and Support**:

- Conduct Odoo training sessions for factory personnel to ensure proper system usage and understanding.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Cross-check online MO status and communicate updates to the relevant personnel for timely closure.
- Verify offline orders' delivery status and provide updates to the respective personnel for closure.
- Distribute the Monthly FBA dispatch report to relevant stakeholders.
- Generate Odoo reports on an on-demand basis to assist in decision-making and analysis.
- **Procurement**:

- Initiate Purchase Requests as required to ensure timely procurement of required materials or services.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Cross-check Consumption Reports to ensure accuracy and consistency in data.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Monitor and handle online and offline order dispatches during the absence of Rohith and Srikanth Sir.
- Raise and manage service tickets in the absence of Smitha Rama Mam to address any system or operational issues.
- Address and resolve Odoo and Zoho issues during the absence of Smitha Shetty Mam to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
- Verify all the Marketplace orders to ensure Sales Orders (SO) are created.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
