We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our digital presence. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging websites that meet our client's objectives and brand standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and develop visually compelling website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive elements using industry-standard design tools and technologies.

2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and business goals, translating them into effective design solutions.

3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal user experience.

4. Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

5. Select and optimize images, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and performance of websites.

6. Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design elements and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.

8. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience of existing websites and develop new design strategies accordingly.

9. Ensure websites are search engine optimized (SEO) by following SEO best practices and incorporating relevant elements during the design process.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketers, and developers, to ensure consistent branding and alignment across digital channels.

**Qualifications**:
1. At least have 3 years of proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful website design projects.

2. Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or similar software.

3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approach.

4. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to translate design concepts into functional code.

5. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development frameworks.

6. Excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color theory, and composition.

7. Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively, both verbally and visually.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

10. Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
