**Job Tittle: Associate Recruiter**:
**Key responsibilities**:
Responsible for end-end US Region recruiting & positioning BNY as an employer of choice for potential Talent
Build and maintain partnerships with business stake holders, Hiring Manager for seamless delivery and implementing Talent Acquisition plans
Ability to work in a team environment &manage multiple stakeholders
Hands-on in various sourcing platforms and technique to further build a robust pipeline of top pedigree Talent
Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions, on hiring process, Talent pool.
Hands-on in any of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Provide Market insights on hiring trends, talent mapping and innovative recruitment solutions.

**To Land This Gig You'll Need**:
2-5 years of experience of full-cycle recruiting within large Product tech/ Fintech or Corporate.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, various deadlines and Priorities
Strong experience in sourcing techniques and partnering with business.
Experience in managing End-End process in ATS
Proven expertise in market intelligence and work as go getter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
