Are you passionate about the financial markets and experienced in securities and investment? **Skill For All **is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic individual to join our team as a NISM & NCFM Trainer. As a leading financial institution, we are committed to providing high-quality training and development programs to professionals in the securities industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various NISM & NCFM modules, including Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Securities Operations, and more.

E2E knowledge in the Finance, Banking & Non Banking sectors (Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Securities Operations, Investment and more).

Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practice exercises.

Stay updated with the latest market trends, regulatory changes, and NISM & NCFM guidelines to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.

Assess participants' understanding through quizzes, assignments, and practical demonstrations.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance participants' knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:
Strong knowledge and expertise in NISM & NCFM modules and a solid understanding of the securities market.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to adapt training methodologies based on participants' needs.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

NISM & NCFM certification in relevant modules is mandatory.

Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in the financial industry.
