Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking events, cold calling, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their specific real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide professional advice and educate them about the current market trends, property values, and financing options.

Property Listing: Work closely with property owners to list their properties for sale or rent. Create attractive property listings with accurate details, professional photographs, and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers.

Property Showings: Organize and conduct property showings, virtual tours, and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers. Address any questions or concerns they may have during the viewing process.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate the terms of purchase, sale, or rental agreements between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.

Documentation: Prepare and oversee all necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Market Research: Stay informed about the latest real estate market trends, property prices, and competitive landscape to provide accurate market analysis and make informed recommendations to clients.

Relationship Building: Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients, real estate agencies, developers, and other industry professionals to expand the network and gain referrals for future business opportunities.

Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire sales process and beyond, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Targets: Set and work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals as determined by the real estate brokerage or agency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record in real estate sales or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws and regulations.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and online marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- A result-oriented and self-motivated attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
