**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Have a good understanding on basic UX Design principles and processes
- Ability to execute and add to the vision of the project
- Ability to interact with clients and understand their expectations and requirements
- Ability to create detailed feature lists and information architectures
- Ability to create High fidelity wireframes with good quality
- Ability to take user interviews if required
- Manage and guide 2-3 junior designers
- Ability to manage at least 2 projects at a time and adhere to timelines
- Needs to be up to date with design trends
- Need to have good communication skills
- Should have a positive attitude towards feedback
