Land Liasioning

ONLY MALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED**:

- Responsible for Licensing of Real estate projects residential.
- Handling statutory approvals like, issuance of license, building plans approvals, Occupation certificate, Completion certificates, service estimates & renewal of Licenses.
- Ensuring timely payment for EDC, IDC, TCP renewals & also submission of statutory monthly, quarterly & yearly reports.
- Working closely with Govt. on Policy decisions on key issues impacting the Real estate sectors.
- Actively involved with Town & Country planning Department on Proposed Smart City Projects.
- Handling land release cases for the company by engaging with key decision makers at top political & bureaucratic level.
