As a Gold Valuer at Khandelwal Jewellers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the authenticity and quality of the gold we handle. You will use your expertise to assess gold items, identify potential counterfeits, and provide accurate valuations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Gold Assessment**:

- Examine gold jewelry, coins, and other items to determine authenticity.
- Utilize various testing methods and equipment to verify gold purity and quality.
- Identify any potential counterfeits or alterations.

**Valuation**:

- Provide accurate valuations for gold items based on their weight, purity, and market value.
- Keep up-to-date with current market prices and trends to ensure accurate appraisals.
- Generate detailed valuation reports for customers and internal records.

**Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers professionally and answer their questions regarding gold valuations.
- Offer explanations and guidance regarding the authenticity of their gold items.
- Handle sensitive customer situations with empathy and integrity.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of gold assessments and valuations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in inventory management and tracking of gold items.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in gold counterfeiting and testing methods.
- Attend relevant training and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Gold Valuer.
- Strong understanding of gold types, purity levels, and hallmarking.
- Proficiency in using various gold testing methods and equipment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for authenticity.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to gold valuation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
