As a Restaurant Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the restaurant's inventory and supplies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of all food and non-food items, ensuring proper stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to meet operational needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:Receive and inspect all deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of items.
Maintain an organized and efficient storage system for food and non-food supplies.
Regularly conduct inventory counts to reconcile stock levels.

**Ordering and Procurement**:Place orders for food and supplies based on established par levels and consumption patterns.
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

**Quality Control**:Ensure that all incoming items meet the restaurant's quality standards.
Rotate stock and manage the "first in, first out" (FIFO) system to minimize waste.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.

**Communication and Coordination**:Collaborate with kitchen staff, chefs, and other relevant departments to understand their inventory needs.
Maintain clear communication channels with suppliers, resolving any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Provide timely updates to management on inventory status and upcoming procurement needs.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions.
Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and costs.
Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
