- Maintaining Sushi hygiene skills
- Daily checks on all the preparation of your section/ food station to ensure freshness and quality standards
- Maintain proper rotation of products in chillers.
- Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use.
- Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation is always of the highest quality and keep up to date with the new Oriental recipes and preparation techniques

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Japanese/Pan Asian/Oriental/Asian Cuisine is must
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in the culinary arts
- Previous experience in Japanese Cuisine
- Good knowledge of Modern sushi style
- nobu, testuya, stick and sushi, and sushi-rolling techniques
- Dedicated to food quality and control
- Incredible food preparation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
- Incredible time management skills
- Ability to pass a background test
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Experience In Chinese/ Japanese/Pan Asian/Oriental/Asian Cuisine: 2+ Years. (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
