**Hotel Venky Residency (3 Star)** - Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 533001 - Leading 3 star hotel with 55 room, 3 banquets upto 700 pax, 200 seater lounge bar & multi cuisine restaurant

This is a full-time on-site role as a Restaurant And Bar Manager at Venky Residency in Kakinada. As a Restaurant And Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of beverages and supplies.
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the bar area.
- Create and maintain beverage menus, including cocktails and specials.
- Upsell drinks and promotions to maximize sales.
- Coordinate with other departments, especially the kitchen, for seamless service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Engage with customers to identify corporates, gather feedback, and cross-selling other hotel services specially rooms

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
