We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Marketing Coach to join our team. As a Marketing Coach, you will be responsible for teaching our clients the fundamentals and advanced strategies of digital and traditional marketing. Your expertise in marketing, combined with your ability to effectively communicate and mentor others, will empower our clients to become skilled marketers in both online and offline environments.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver Comprehensive Marketing Training:
Teach clients the basics of marketing, including key concepts, principles, and strategies.

Educate clients on traditional marketing tactics including print, TV, radio, and direct mail.

Develop and deliver instructional materials, lesson plans, and presentations that cover a wide range of marketing topics.

Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and group discussions to enhance client learning and engagement.

Personalized Coaching and Support:
Mentor and guide clients individually or in small groups, providing personalized coaching tailored to their specific needs and skill levels.

Offer constructive feedback, review marketing plans and campaigns, and provide guidance to help clients improve their marketing strategies.

Assist clients in troubleshooting marketing challenges and optimizing their marketing efforts.

Encourage and motivate clients to think creatively, experiment with different marketing techniques, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Assess Client Progress and Performance:
Provide timely and constructive feedback to help clients identify areas for improvement and enhance their marketing effectiveness.

Track and monitor client performance to ensure they are meeting their marketing goals and objectives.

Collaborate with the management team to review and improve the training curriculum based on client feedback and industry developments.

Promote Client Success and Retention:
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that empowers clients to succeed in their marketing efforts.

Build strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport.

Provide guidance and resources to help clients develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to attract new clients and promote the benefits of our marketing coaching program.

Performance Incentives:
Earn a base salary, commensurate with experience and expertise in marketing coaching.

Additional incentives will be provided based on the number of clients enrolled in a batch and their successful completion of the coaching program.

**Requirements**:
Extensive hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing, including online channels and offline tactics.

Strong knowledge of traditional marketing methods, including print, TV, radio, and direct mail.

Proven experience in teaching or coaching marketing concepts and strategies to individuals or groups.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to help clients optimize their marketing efforts.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
