Dazzlez.Co is a leading jewelry brand specializing in Lab Grown Diamonds and Gold Jewelry. We offer a wide range of products, including stunning engagement rings, elegant studs, and customized pieces designed to meet the daily and occasional needs of our discerning customers. As we expand our online presence, we seek an SEO Specialist to enhance our visibility, drive organic traffic, and manage our presence across various platforms, including Google Merchant Center.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy aligned with Dazzlez.Co’s overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential search terms relevant to our products and audience.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for targeted keywords.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Perform regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues that could impact SEO performance, such as broken links, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- Work with web developers to implement technical SEO best practices and ensure the site is fully optimized.
- **Google Merchant Center Management**:

- Manage and optimize Dazzlez.Co’s Google Merchant Center account to ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Google’s policies.
- Regularly update product feeds, troubleshoot errors, and optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility in Google Shopping results.
- Monitor performance metrics in Google Merchant Center, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with SEO goals, focusing on creating high-quality, keyword-rich content.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to produce blog posts, product descriptions, and other content that drives organic traffic.
- **Link Building**:

- Develop and execute a link-building strategy to increase the authority of the Dazzlez.Co website.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for guest blogging, partnerships, and other link-building activities.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of SEO initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Merchant Center.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
- **Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in Dazzlez.Co’s SEO strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the e-commerce or luxury goods sector.
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Merchant Center accounts.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Merchant Center.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- **Content Knowledge**:

- Ability to create and optimize content that aligns with SEO goals, with a focus on user experience and engagement.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in all SEO and Merchant Center activities.
