Counsellor - Ancillary

**Designation**:Counsellor

**Location**: India(Malad, Mumbai),

**Reports to**: Counselling Manager

**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Accomplishing set target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed
- Acceptances to Ancillary services and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Active participation in educational events, college fairs, information sessions/activities as a representative of the company.
- Effective regular communication with students, parents, colleagues and external agencies for coordinating relevant activities and resolving problems.

**Work Dimensions**:

- Advice students on Education Loan providers, Accommodation support, Forex services etc
- Support the students throughout this process by answering their questions and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Maintain student details for the relevant ancillary services
- Proper coordination between students and ancillary service providers
- Keep a check on total conversions and have regular cadence calls to address the achievements as well as challenges if any.

**Role requirements**:

- 0-1+ years of experience in relevant background
- Graduate or Postgraduate Academic Qualification is acceptable
- Have used CRMs such as Hubspot, ZOHO, Salesforce etc.
- Attention to detail, high confidence, fast learner
- Must have a keen desire to learn and grow and take upon greater responsibilities
- Self-driven and motivated

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
