The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide Technical direction and executive delivery oversight for clients.
- Executive point of contact for Programs being run at clients, and responsible for client satisfaction, based on overall delivery milestones.
- Provide the necessary direction and management of the Account Team, identifying and implementing any development needs as required.

Who You Are
- Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Own and develop the long-term relationship with the client on behalf of Kyndryl.
- Provide escalation point for the customer and ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectations.
- Establish and develop long-term customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- Be seen by the client as a trusted advisor.
- Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders at senior/board level.
- Oversee day to day delivery of the services provided to the client
Technical Key skills/experience.
- Very good hands-on knowledge of Finacle Technology.
- Strong understanding of Banking Products, Process, Investment Banking Systems and Financial Services.
- Should be able to manage the severity situation using his technical experience.
- Experienced in database, query languages and testing automation.
