Freelance Outdoor Instructor

**Job description**:
Planning, organising, and leading or accompanying students’ / adults groups by train, bus, or air to exotic destinations across India.

Successfully deal with transport agencies, restaurant and hotel staff during a camp/trip

Provide end to end camp/trip support

Collaborate with other participating team members to ensure objectives of the camp/trip is achieved

Address grievances of participants during the camp/ trip

Go beyond the call of duty to ensure safety of the participants through the camp/ trip

Deal with unforeseen emergencies

Complete the pre and post camp/ trip related tasks.

**Required skills**:

- Strong ethical principles
- Decision making skills and excellent communication skills, teamwork, detail oriented and highly organized
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Be physically fit, have immense patience, well dressed, have empathy, compassion, and should love to travel. Essentially you must be confident and a fun to be with person
- Fluency in English and Hindi; multilingualism is a plus
- Be willing to travel at short notice. Should have a valid passport
- Have a minimum of 2 years travelling and camping experience. Experience with schools’ groups and requisite skills of outdoor living and outdoor teaching would be an added advantage.
- Have a pleasant personality and love meeting new people
- A flair for music instruments/dance/puppetry/storytelling or any of the performing arts is a plus.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,800.00 per day
