The Sales Executive will act as a bridge between the Client and Academic Writers. The

a key role in increasing conversions and revenue by managing and negotiating with the clients

within the specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients and writers through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice support
- Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
- Successfully taking ownership of the Lead from allocation to conversion.
- Contributing efficiently for different activities of Operations in a 24/7 and highly flexible

environment.
- Consistently performing well in understanding client’s requirements, assigning projects,

handling critical cases till their successful resolution.
- Proactively resolving project requirements through the collaboration of the clients and

writers.
- Appropriate understanding of the Cost and Time Requirements of various Technical/ Non
- Technical Projects.
- To work for client satisfaction from the beginning to the delivery of the final orders through

Panel.
- Understanding academic content writing will be an added advantage.

Skills/Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in handling business operations.
- Tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, and a team player
- Exceptional verbal and communications skills in English
- Hands-on experience in handling CRM
- The unquenchable thirst to learn and grow
- Should be honest, trustworthy, and assertive
- Excellent time management skills
- Decision maker, problem solver, creative thinking skills
- Good interpersonal and Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines.
