**Job Summary**

Responsible to plan, organize and implement an appropriate and industry aligned instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfil their academic potential

**Teaching Assignment**

**Roles & responsibilities**

1. Ensure the syllabus is completed as per the academic calendar
2. Take necessary measures and adopt best teaching methodologies to introduce concepts

**Classroom Management**

**Roles & responsibilities**

1. Ensure accurate marking of attendance in the classroom
2. Ensure student discipline during class hours and follow all procedures required for smooth handling of class
4. Ensure the students are adequately engaged during the class sessions

**Student Support**

**Roles & responsibilities**

1. Ensure discipline of students in class and premises. Connect with students on any reports of indiscipline and take appropriate measure
2. Build good rapport with students to understand their interest, aspirations and support them with right guidance and support
3. Track the overall performance of the students and update the same to principal/parents during meetings
4. Ensure the safety and security of all students’ records (Notes, attendance, projects, assignments, answer sheets)

**Administration**

**Roles & responsibilities**

1. Coordinate actively in organizing any Institution group level events/functions or any other internal events organized on a yearly basis (Inter-school competition, annual cultural day, exhibitions, etc.)
2. Perform all examination duties with diligence. Examination duties shall include invigilation, evaluation any other related support
3. Provide the necessary information sought by Principal or Management in a timely and accurate manner through regular database updates
4. Provide necessary support during admission, transfer of students or any other related support

**Educational Qualification**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
