**Job description**
- Sending follow ups to the Universities for student’ admission process.
- Updating of CRM system
- Forwarding communication from the Universities to the concerned branches/ Counselors /Associates
- Active participation and contribution during education fairs, universities visits and in-house seminars organised by the company.
- Coordination with other departments and team members
- Should be qualified as a graduate or equivalent
- Should possess Excellent communication skill both in **English and Malayalam.**:

- Should have at least 1 year of experience in back office operations
- Should possess **good computer skills, experience in working with Excel and Word - Mandatory.**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- data processing/analysis: 1 year (preferred)
