We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Ophthalmologist with expertise in Phacoemulsification surgery to join our team at our facility in Narwana, near Hisar, Haryana. As an Ophthalmologist (Phaco Surgeon), you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating eye conditions, performing cataract surgeries using Phacoemulsification techniques, and providing compassionate care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat various eye conditions.
- Perform Phacoemulsification cataract surgeries with precision and expertise.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing cataract surgery.
- Work collaboratively with other ophthalmologists, optometrists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on advances in ophthalmic surgery techniques and technologies.
- Participate in outreach programs and community education initiatives to promote eye health and disease prevention.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology.
- Fellowship or additional training in Phacoemulsification surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice as an Ophthalmologist.
- Proven experience performing Phacoemulsification cataract surgeries independently.
- Excellent surgical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
