**Responsibilities:
- **
- Administers variuous HR plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Assist in department carrying about various human resourses programes.
- Provide administrative support for all HR processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the compnay's goals and objectives.
- Preparation of labour laws related documents.
- Able to handle the HRM Softwares.
- Maintain accurate employees records and provide regular reports to management.
**Qualifications / Skills:
- **
- Master's or Bachelor's in Human Resource or related field preffered.
- Knowledge in HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
