As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Apparel and Merchandiser to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Selection and Curation:Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to identify potential products for the company's apparel and merchandise collection.
Collaborate with the design team to create new product concepts that align with the company's brand image and target audience.
Conduct research on competitors' products and pricing to stay competitive in the market.
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for product procurement.

Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Implement effective inventory replenishment strategies to meet customer demand and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to stores and distribution centers.

Pricing and Promotion Strategies:Determine appropriate pricing strategies based on product costs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales and clear slow-moving inventory.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful visual merchandising displays and promotional campaigns.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:Analyze sales performance data to evaluate the success of different product lines and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales trends, inventory turnover, and product performance.
Make data-driven recommendations to optimize product assortment and maximize sales potential.

Seasonal Planning:Develop seasonal product plans and assortments based on fashion trends, customer preferences, and historical sales data.
Coordinate with the design team to create seasonal collections that align with the brand's vision and market demands.
Ensure timely launch of seasonal products and manage product life cycles effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as an Apparel and Merchandiser or a similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using merchandising software and MS Excel for data analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,995.06 - ₹34,501.46 per month
