Biopact is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively and help elevate our marketing and promotional materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, social media graphics, website assets, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Translate marketing briefs and concepts into high-quality visual designs that engage and resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design elements across all materials and platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of our designs.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly design principles and sustainability practices is a plus.
