Tele Caller Executive

Job Title : Telecaller (Real Estate - Work from Office)

Location : Satara (for our client )

Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. Your main responsibility will be to call potential clients/leads generated through our social media campaigns, informing them about our real estate projects and offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to leads generated from social media marketing campaigns.
- Provide information about real estate projects and answer client inquiries.
- Build rapport with potential clients and encourage them to visit the site or schedule a meeting.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and follow up with leads for conversion.

*Requirements:*
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service, especially in real estate, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with a target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of social media lead generation and real estate will be an advantage.
