Role Overview:
As the Stores Incharge, you will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless store operations by overseeing inventory, managing stock levels, and optimizing the supply chain process. Your exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail will contribute to our store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments accurately.
- Implement efficient stock rotation practices to minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to place orders and replenish inventory.
- Lead and supervise a team of store staff, providing guidance and training.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed inventory decisions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all store activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inventory management or store supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
