Foundry Maintenance Incharge

**Technical Skills Requirement**:

- Proven experience as Foundry Maintenance In charge
- knowledge of foundry equipment like DISA Sand Mixer, DISA Match 24 X 28, Induction Melting Furnace, Inductotherm Heated Pressure Pour, Shakeout, Core Shooters, Shot Blasting Machine, Fettling Equipments, etc.
- Good understanding of the technical features (Hydraulic & Pneumatic) of Foundry equipments
- Knowledge of HPML Foundry process critical requirements
- Knowledge of PLC Programming and Trouble shooting
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Exposure to Erection & Commissioning of Foundry Equipments (Project Work)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities of including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Improve health of machines & equipment for getting optimum equipment availability & best quality performance.
- Implement preventive maintenance system
- Develop maintenance schedules and enforce
- Maintain all machinery to ensure its at working standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the machines to detect and resolve problems.
- Plan and conduct all repair and installation activities in time
- Carry out improvements in existing machines / equipment for safety, quality & productivity improvement.
- Reduction in consumption of power & compressed air by adopting new technologies wherever applicable to reduce carbon foot print.
- Improve First Time Right (FTR) ratio / OTIF
- Optimum utilization of In-house Capacity
- Implementations of policies and procedures.
- Drive various initiatives like ENCON, Business Excellence, improvement of quality, machine maintenance, cost reduction, TPM, Kaizen,5S etc.
- Implement IMS, Statutory compliance etc.
- Inventory Management & Control
- Focus on continuous process improvement
- Develop cost control measures in materials, consumables & resources.
- Develop subordinates for next level
- Ensure implementation of HSE guidelines established in the organization.

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
